Residential

ONO is the "Triple play" leader. Most ONO's customers subscribe to a bundle, normally one that combines telephony and broadband Internet, or the complete three service bundle ("Triple play"). In addition, ONO offers a mobile service that completes its communications offering for customers.

Residential services include fibre and ADSL customers (Unbundled Local Loop).

Internet

The future of Internet is ONO. Its service is synonym of high speed and great capacity.

Why Internet with ONO? Because of its broadband´s high capacity that supports speeds of 6, 15, 30, 50 and 100 Mb to residential market at a competitive price.

Nowadays,ONO is the only cable operator in Spain that lends these speeds. Its investments allow ONO to have its own network. The fibre-optic network permits to be connected to Internet, to speak by telephone and to watch television with different contents in several rooms of the home at the same time without decrease the quality of its services. 

1,428,000 customers enjoy the authentic Internet speed, without loss of service, with stability, with the desire speed and with capacity to give them the service they need. 

Television

ONO provides more than 120 television channels, including the mayor DTT's, those of TDT, with the best contents for all audiences: series, movies, documentaries, sports, music, etc. These channels can be enjoyed at different places in homes with multipledecoders without reducing signal quality.

One of the most advanced television services is ONO´s video on demand service "Videoclub". With more than 2,500 events available at any given time, 70% of which are free, the customer chooses when to watch the programs they want to see.

ONO has reinforced its offering with the addition of GOL TV through which we offer the best football programming from both the Spanish & international leagues.

2011 was a landmark year for ONO's television service, with the launch of the company's Next Generation TV service: TiVo, the new intelligent television service. This pioneering service in the European pay-tv sector has only been possible thanks to the strength of ONO's fibre optic network.

As of 31 March 2012, ONO reached more than 900,000 customers.

Fixed Telephony

ONO fixed telephony provides a "flat rate" direct access service with a standard monthly fee and free calls to any fixed line in Spain.

As of 31 March 2012, 95% of our fibre customers used our fixed telephony service.

Mobile

Over the course of 2011, ONO has consolidated its mobile offering and as a result completed its offer of communications solutions for every customer.

Voice services include six tariffs that cover the requirements of the full range of users of its mobile service.

As of 31 March 2012, ONO reached 189,000 residential mobile lines (Voz+BAM).
