Services provided to SMEs are mainly based on the advantages and simplicity of combined communication solutions.

As of 31 March 2012, ONO provides services to more than 95,000 SMEs.

With its own network and a presence across most of Spain, ONO has become a solid, high quality and long term option for many Spanish companies.
ONO Empresas is the business unit which provides value added communications solutions to the business segment: large businesses and the Public Sector.

Our business customers demand more sophisticated and specific services than the SMEs segment. In addition, the level of excellence in the supply of the service is a key factor, as communications are increasingly integrated in the business processes of all companies. Hence, all of the services provided to companies are backed up by service level agreements covering both, implementation of the service and response times for anomalies. We are committed to providing our customers with efficient, reliable and secure communications which, in turn, provide them with a strong competitive advantage.

Once again, the national fibre optic network of ONO, and a highly qualified team, enable us to provide a wide range of high quality reliable services which cover the full gamut of managed voice and data services.

Wholesale

We also offer services to other operators, based on the capillarity of our national trunk and access network. These services include mainly infrastructure (carrier services) and traffic management (voice transit, prepayment numbers and Intelligent Network).
